It was a rather slow process setting up the installation, after complying with all of the requirements before coming out; i.e., paying in full, choosing the glass before they would even set up an appointment, a few calls not returned. A phone call to the sales manager started things moving quickly. I spoke to the sales manager on Friday at 5:00, he told me he would have installation call me Monday morning. I got the call first thing Monday morning. Terrance came out and did a fantastic job. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful in the dos and don'ts of my new fireplace. He is an asset to the business, and if I ever need to call Arizona Fireplaces again, I would ask for Terrance.
