It was a rather slow process setting up the installation, after complying with all of the requirements before coming out; i.e., paying in full, choosing the glass before they would even set up an appointment, a few calls not returned. A phone call to the sales manager started things moving quickly. I spoke to the sales manager on Friday at 5:00, he told me he would have installation call me Monday morning. I got the call first thing Monday morning. Terrance came out and did a fantastic job. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful in the dos and don'ts of my new fireplace. He is an asset to the business, and if I ever need to call Arizona Fireplaces again, I would ask for Terrance.

This review is specifically for service provided by Service Technician Terrance. On the day of the scheduled visit, he was in constant communication as to his arrival. He addressed all structure issues with our see-through Luxuria. Thank you, Terrance.

Jaymie of sales was great, support staff and technical issues were handled proffessionally, they also had all the extras I needed in stock and ready to go. A very professional company with a professional staff.
