FireRock’s most popular indoor fireplace. The conventional fireplace features an angled back wall for better heat reflection. This firebox can be used with brick and stone veneer or with a mantle and surrounds. Available in four sizes: 30″, 36″, 42″, and 48″

Install a FireRock fireplace on a second floor, wooden deck, or other nontraditional locations using the Lite Rock installation kit. The system includes a metal riser that allows the firebox to be installed directly on top of a combustible wooden floor or deck. You may also use metal chimney instead of masonry chimney to reduce the overall weight of the fireplace. On properly engineered flooring, a Lite-Rock fireplace can be installed without additional structural support. Available in three sizes: 30″, 36″, and 42″

The Rumford design has been around for centuries and is a classic hallmark of Victorian architecture. Characterized by a straight back wall and a taller opening, the Rumford can support larger fires. By incorporating a radius lentil and massive chimney opening, the FireRock Rumford offers the elegance of a Victorian fireplace without the draw problems that plagued the fireplaces in the 1800′s. Available in four sizes: 30″, 36″, 42″, and 48″

Add the warmth and beauty of a masonry fireplace to two rooms at the same time with the FireRock See Through Fireplace. Like other FireRock models, the See Through Fireplace is approved to burn wood or gas fuel. Also available in a vent-less, gas only model that requires no chimney at all. Available in four sizes: 30″, 36″, 42″, and 48″

The Vent-Free fireplace is the simplest and most cost effective way to add a true masonry fireplace to any project. This gas burning fireplace does not require any chimney or ventilation, so it weighs significantly less than comparable wood burning fireplaces. The FireRock Vent Free Fireplace has a 0″ clearance, so the firebox can be installed directly on a wooden or other combustible floor.

Isokern is a European company that offers a good product. FireRock is an American company that offers great products and great service.
• Stronger fireplaces last longer, break less, and withstand hotter temperatures. Our fireboxes can withstand more than 3000 pounds per square inch (psi). That is more than three times stronger than comparable Isokern models. In addition to using a proprietary blend of materials, FireRock fireplaces are also designed with thicker walls and rebar-reinforced load-spanning pieces to create the strongest fireplaces available.
• Isokern fireplaces have a square corner at the top of the opening that could create smoke turbulence and smoke spillage. FireRock utilizes a unique curved radius lentil which allows smoke to naturally curl into the chimney.
• Chimney size is an important factor that contributes to proper draw in a fireplace. Larger chimneys can pull in more smoke from the fireplace and prevent any smoke from escaping into the room. All FireRock fireplaces come with a massive 15″ flue opening, that’s 10% larger than anything Isokern offers.
• Isokern’s flue system requires complicated lining and precise alignment of multiple chimney pieces. The FireRock masonry chimney system is a simple one piece system that doesn’t require any lining. Simply stack one block on top of the other and mortar together.
• A damper is used to keep the conditioned air in your home from escaping out the chimney when the fireplace is not in use. In addition to making the installation less complicated, FireRock’s nested damper promotes a tighter seal to keep conditioned air in the house and outside air out.
• The members of our sales and technical services teams are ready to answer your product and installation questions. We don’t put you on hold, or let you talk to an automated recording.
